Ibrahim Kalifulla, (Former Chancellor, MNLU Mumbai & Former Judge, Supreme Court of India), on the Fourth Orientation Day programme of MNLU Mumbai on 29th July 2018. This was a special issue dedicated to the contributions made by Prof. (Dr.) Bhavani Prasad Panda, Founding Vice Chancellor of MNLU Mumbai.
