Mr. Vinay Juneja is presently serving as a Course Director, Post Graduate-MBA and Assistant Professor (Law) at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. He also serves as Director, Centre for Lex Tax and IBC (CLTIBC) and Public Relations Officer to MNLU Mumbai. He is also serving as Visiting Faculty to National Institute of Securities Market (NISM).

In addition to his academic role, he is actively engaged in mentoring aspirants for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Prior to joining MNLU Mumbai, he worked as Assistant Professor (Law) at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, New Delhi.

Mr. Juneja completed his B.A. LL.B. from GGSIPU, New Delhi with Rank–01 and was awarded the Gold Medal. He further pursued his LL.M. (Regular) from MNLU Mumbai and again secured Rank–01 along with Gold Medal.

He has appeared in the UPSC Civil Services Examination, clearing both the Preliminary and Main stages and subsequently appeared for the Interview stage. He secured one of the highest scores in the country in Law Optional (UPSC CSE Mains). He has also qualified UGC NET and JRF examinations.

In his teaching career, Mr. Juneja has taught Corporate Laws, International Laws and interdisciplinary modules. He has also gained professional experience working with law firms in the areas of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Mergers and Acquisitions.

His research interests include Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Competition Law, Public International Law, International Economic Law and International Humanitarian Law.

Mr. Juneja has actively participated in several national and international conferences including the International Sustainability Conclave at MNLU Mumbai and ISIL Conference.

He is also an accomplished mooter, having won multiple moot court competitions and received accolades such as the Best Researcher Award and Best Book Review Award.

Additionally, he has served as judge for various national and international moot court competitions including Jessup International, Vis East Hong Kong, Dexon Global, Nottingham Law School UK Moot, MEDBOM and Nani Palkivala Moot Court Competition.

His mission is to contribute towards building a knowledge-based society by imparting academic rigor and professional competence among law students and civil services aspirants while fostering excellence, competitiveness and ethical leadership.
