Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Chaudhary is the Registrar of Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. With an illustrious academic and administrative career spanning more than 34 years, Dr. Chaudhary is widely acknowledged for his contributions in the fields of Law, Commerce, Education, Administration, and Research.
Before joining MNLU Mumbai, he served for over three decades at the MES’ Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune, where he held various key positions including Vice Principal, Professor, and Head of the Department of Business Law. He is a recognized Ph.D. guide and a postgraduate teacher in Business Law and Commercial Law at Savitribai Phule Pune University. Before joining academics, he practised in Pune Distrct Court for two years.

Dr. Pratapsinh B. Salunke is Officer on Special Duty for Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Office (OSD - VC Office) & Associate Dean at MNLU Mumbai. Before joining MNLU, he was an Associate Professor and Head of the Department, School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University) Pune Lavasa Campus. Previously he has worked with D.E.S. Shri. Mr. Sham Nivrutti Gulve is the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) – Administration at the University. (MA, NET JRF, PHD pursuing.) is an Assistant Professor (Political Science) at MNLU Mumbai, He completed his graduation (with a rank) and post-graduation in Political Science from the
Savitribai Phule Pune University. He participated in the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association
(UK) Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Session, 2018. He was appointed as an Assistant
professor at Wilson College (Autonomous) and I/C HoD of the Department of Political
Science. He has presented research papers at various national and international conferences
and has also published articles and papers with some academic journals. He is currently

Dr. Jagdish Wamanrao Khobragade joined Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, as an
Associate Professor of Law and Assistant Registrar [Academic (I/c)]. He has served as Assistant Professor of Law at MNLU,
Nagpur from 2020 to 2025. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of
Law, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, (A Central University), Sagar, Madhya Pradesh from
2013 to 2020. He has completed B.A. LL.B, (a five-year course), from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar
College of Law (Main Branch), RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur, in 2007. He was enrolled as
an advocate at the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in the year 2007. In 2010, he earned his
LL.M. degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He also served as
Assistant Project Director at Babasaheb Ambedkar Training Institute, Pune. He has also worked
at Transport Corporation of India Private Limited for one year. He was awarded a Ph.D. by
Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, for his thesis titled 'Patent Regime and Access to
Medicine: A Human Rights Approach' in 2023. Additionally, he served as Assistant Registrar

Rajneesh Kumar Bhardwaj is currently serving as the Private Secretary in the Office of the Hon’ble Registrar at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. He joined the University on 10th August 2015 as a Data Entry Operator and, through consistent dedication and service, has risen to hold a key administrative position. He holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of Administration and Marketing. Alongside his primary role, he also manages responsibilities in the University’s Establishment Department, contributing significantly to its administrative functions. Before joining MNLU Mumbai, Mr. Bhardwaj was associated with Diligent Media Corporation Limited (DMCL), a joint venture between two major media conglomerates - Essel Group and Bhaskar Group. At DMCL, he was part of the team that established the Mumbai edition of DNA, an English daily newspaper, launched in 2005. Vivek Rameshrao Ardade joined MNLU Mumbai on 26 June 2025 as a Statistician cum Operator, where he plays a key role in supporting institutional data governance, IQAC activities, NAAC documentation, and BCI-related reporting.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Statistics and a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Statistics, both with First Class, from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University. Vivek is well-versed in Python (NPTEL – IIT Madras certified), Power BI, IBM SPSS and MS Excel, with expertise in data cleaning, visualization, and statistical modelling.
Vivek has worked on multiple academic and personal projects, including Walmart Sales Analysis and statistical studies on student expenditure patterns, leveraging modern tools to deliver actionable insights. Ms. Khushbu Kiran she has joined as Senior Warden (Female) in MNLU Mumbai. She holds Post Graduate Certification in General Management (24-25) from IIM Ranchi. She has also completed LL.B (Criminal Law Hons.) in 2019 from National University of Study and Research in Law. During, LL.B days, she also acquired certification in development economics and economic analysis of Public Policy from National Law University, Jodhpur.
