With an illustrious academic and administrative career spanning more than 34 years, Dr. Chaudhary is widely acknowledged for his contributions in the fields of Law, Commerce, Education, Administration, and Research.
Before joining MNLU Mumbai, he served for over three decades at the MES’ Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune, where he held various key positions including Vice Principal, Professor, and Head of the Department of Business Law. Mr. Sham Nivrutti Gulve is the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) – Administration at the University. (MA, NET JRF, PHD pursuing.) is an Assistant Professor (Political Science) at MNLU Mumbai, He completed his graduation (with a rank) and post-graduation in Political Science from the
Savitribai Phule Pune University. He participated in the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association
(UK) Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Session, 2018. He was appointed as an Assistant
professor at Wilson College (Autonomous) and I/C HoD of the Department of Political
Science. He has presented research papers at various national and international conferences
and has also published articles and papers with some academic journals. He is currently
pursuing his PHD from Savitribai Phule Pune University on the Indo-pacific region.

Dr. Mayur Ashok Chordiya is currently serving as the Secretary to Vice Chancellor and
Assistant Registrar (Administration) I/c as well as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) Examination
at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. With a doctoral degree and over 15 years of
academic and administrative experience in higher education, he brings a rich blend of expertise
in Teaching, Governance, and University administration.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Mayur has held diverse roles that reflect his versatility and
commitment to higher education. He began as an Assistant Professor at SNJB’s Shriman
Sureshdada Jain College of Pharmacy, Chandwad, Nashik before moving into University
administration. He went on to serve as Assistant Registrar at Savitribai Phule Pune University,
Pune, where he also took on additional responsibilities as In-charge Deputy Finance and
Accounts Officer and In-charge Assistant Registrar in the SET Examination Department.
His professional journey has equipped him with a strong foundation in University governance,
financial management, regulatory compliance, and policy implementation. Dr. Mayur continues
to play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening institutional administration, ensuring that the
university’s vision and objectives are effectively realized.

Amit Kumar is Assistant Registrar (Academic) I/c at the University.
A Max Planck fellow, Amit has engaged in academic and research collaborations with the Max Planck Institute of Social Law and Social Policy and Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU), Munich, Germany.
Amit Kumar has been an alumnus of the Indian Law Institute's LL.M program after completing his LL.B from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Besides, he also holds a Master’s degree in French literature from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). Amit is also currently a doctoral candidate at NALSAR. Prior to joining MNLU, Mumbai he has also taught at the University of Delhi, faculty of Law.
