Mr. Sham Nivrutti Gulve is the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) – Administration at the University. (MA, NET JRF, PHD pursuing.) is an Assistant Professor (Political Science) at MNLU Mumbai, He completed his graduation (with a rank) and post-graduation in Political Science from the Savitribai Phule Pune University. He participated in the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (UK) Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Session, 2018. He was appointed as an Assistant professor at Wilson College (Autonomous) and I/C HoD of the Department of Political Science. He has presented research papers at various national and international conferences and has also published articles and papers with some academic journals. He is currently pursuing his PHD from Savitribai Phule Pune University on the Indo-pacific region.

Dr. Mayur Ashok Chordiya is currently serving as the Secretary to Vice Chancellor and Assistant Registrar (Administration) In-charge at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. With a doctoral degree and over 15 years of academic and administrative experience in higher education, he brings a rich blend of expertise in teaching, governance, and university administration. Over the course of his career, Dr. Mayur has held diverse roles that reflect his versatility and commitment to higher education. He began as an Assistant Professor at SNJB’s Shriman Sureshdada Jain College of Pharmacy, Chandwad, before moving into university administration. He went on to serve as Assistant Registrar at Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, where he also took on additional responsibilities as In-charge Deputy Finance and Accounts Officer and In-charge Assistant Registrar in the SET Examination Department. His professional journey has equipped him with a strong foundation in university governance, financial management, regulatory compliance, and policy implementation. Amit Kumar is Assistant Registrar (Academic) I/c at the University. A Max Planck fellow, Amit has engaged in academic and research collaborations with the Max Planck Institute of Social Law and Social Policy and Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU), Munich, Germany. Amit Kumar has been an alumnus of the Indian Law Institute's LL.M program after completing his LL.B from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Rajneesh Kumar Bhardwaj is currently serving as the Private Secretary in the Office of the Hon’ble Registrar at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. He joined the University on 10th August 2015 as a Data Entry Operator and, through consistent dedication and service, has risen to hold a key administrative position. He holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of Administration and Marketing. Alongside his primary role, he also manages responsibilities in the University’s Establishment Department, contributing significantly to its administrative functions. Before joining MNLU Mumbai, Mr. Bhardwaj was associated with Diligent Media Corporation Limited (DMCL), a joint venture between two major media conglomerates - Essel Group and Bhaskar Group. At DMCL, he was part of the team that established the Mumbai edition of DNA, an English daily newspaper, launched in 2005.
