About the programme:

The Post Graduate MBA degree specializing in Corporate Finance, Banking and Law will open up a plethora of opportunities in the fields of – Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Control, Investment Banking, Financial Advisory Services, Portfolio Management, Credit Analysis, Bank Management, Legal & Regulatory Compliance and a host of other related fields.

This specialization provides the understanding about how to assess an organization’s financial health, and equips one for taking prudent decisions. By completing this Programme one can strengthen his / her financial data analysis capabilities, acquire the knowledge for providing strategic insights and guide an organization towards sustainable growth.

This is a 2 years full-time Programme covered over 4 semesters. The duration of each semester will be approximately 5 months. First and third semesters will run from August to December and the second and third semesters will run from January to May of a calendar year.

Students after completing the first year and before the beginning of the third semester, will undergo two months summer internship (June – July) in the areas of the specialization. This 2 months internship will provide a much needed hands on experience of real corporate world.
