Vision of Centre for Insolvency and Financial Laws:- :

Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws have come to the limelight with the enactment of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,2016 by the Parliament. The IBC is still in the process of complete enactment major parts of the code remain un-notified as of this writing. Thus, the field is in a very nascent stage in India, with the Judiciary being still in the process of deciphering and decongesting the legislation.Consequesntly, the code has already seen multiple major amendments. The academia can’t remain behind in contributing to the field of Insolvency and therefore,the need for such a research center is imminent.
